The music behind Pretty Dead Girl is original, the lyrics and composition by AnneMarie Milazzo and the orchestration, arrangement and production by Martin Erskine. The film's stars, Christian Campbell (Trick) and Christina Souza ("Selena") both voiced their parts.

AnnMarie Milazzo's career On- and Off-Broadway as a musical director and vocal arranger includes such hit shows as "Bright Lights, Big City" and "The Prince and the Pauper." She's also recorded for Elton John's "The Lion King" and other Walt Disney award-winners "Pocahontas" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." AnnMarie's been heard in Dreamworks' "Prince of Egypt" and on Rosie O'Donnell's television talk show. AnnMarie was awarded the prestigious honor of Artist in Residence at both Dartmouth University and Yaddo. Additionally she composed and wrote the lyrics for "JOAN, A Rock Opera." Currently AnnMarie is developing a stage version of Pretty Dead Girl.

Martin Erskine, a self-taught musician, has contributed to the music for film and television, among them are: Pocahontas, "Rogers & Hammerstein's Cinderella" (starring Whitney Huston & Brandy), "Annie" (starring Kathy Bates), Chicago (2002 Best Picture Academy Award) and "The Music Man" (starring Matthew Broderick), to name a few. He also works extensively for Walt Disney Pictures, and has arranged music for several of the recent animated sequels. In addition, he has composed the song "DiggaTunnah" for the upcoming "Lion King I 1/2, Hakuna Matata". Martin has also contributed musical arrangements for: Barry Manilow, Bernadette Peters, Kathy Bates, Drew Carey, Molly Shannon, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Christine Baranski, and Barbra Streisand.
